What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and potentially accommodate other clients. Last minute cancelations are subject to $50 charge.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s not necessary for you to be home, but you’re welcome to be if you prefer. Our professionals are trained to perform their tasks diligently and respectfully, whether you’re present or not. If you choose not to be home, we just ask for instructions on how to access your space.
